With the pronouncement of His Excellency, the President, Retired Brigadier, Dr. Julius Maada Bio to extend the Hajj Pilgrimage facility to all Sierra Leoneans living at home and abroad if they can afford it, the Presidential Task Force on Hajj wishes to inform Sierra Leoneans everywhere that we are now accepting applications for Hajj 2025. Our target for 2025 is 2500 pilgrims from Europe, the USA, Australia, West Africa and Sierra Leone.

• PHTF is responsible for Portal administration.
• Ensures that all fees are paid, inspects all facilities including contracts with airlines from individual regions or country
• Liaise with immigration for the issuance of passports for Pilgrims who cannot afford to travel to Sierra Leone to apply in person
• Issuance of all visas
• Liaise with Embassies to nominate Hajj Liaison persons to work with agents for Diaspora Agents

• Collation and certification of pilgrims from the Diaspora
• Submit Registration Forms
• Responsible for flights from the resident country to Madinah and return from Jeddah
• Liaise with the Sierra Leone Hajj Taskforce through the Diaspora desk to facilitate accommodation and catering in Madinah and Makkah
• Payment of all statutory and administrative fees for individual pilgrims
