One hundred Sierra Leonean pilgrims have arrived in Jeddah under the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Guest Programme for Hajj. The group landed safely at the King Abdulaziz International Airport's Hajj Terminal at 11:05 a.m. local time aboard a Saudi Airlines flight.
The pilgrims, selected from Sierra Leone’s home-based Muslim community, are this year’s recipients of the prestigious Hajj scholarship offered by King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. They will perform the pilgrimage as official guests of the Saudi monarch and are expected to receive full royal hospitality during their stay.

The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Guest Programme is part of Saudi Arabia’s broader initiative to support Muslims around the world in fulfilling their religious obligations.
